Maximizing sales force productivity
A client wanted to be able to improve the productivity of its sales force and ensure that self-reported visits to clients were accurate.
The client installed PHH Onboard® devices in its sales fleet vehicles to take advantage of powerful telematics and fleet GPS tracking capabilities. PHH Onboard has the ability to “landmark” targeted sales locations, so the client could now see which fleet vehicles made what stops and where.
The results:
- The company can now measure the accuracy of its self-reporting sales force against PHH Onboard data. The reporting accuracy rate has increased to the 90-98% range, from a baseline accuracy that was less than 50% at initial installation.
- Average number of landmark stops made by each vehicle per day increased from three visits to almost four visits.
Simplifying and improving management reporting
A client’s fleet manager needed a better way to provide senior management with fleet-related data that was both meaningful and easy to digest. This challenge was resolved with PHH InterActive® Dashboard, the tool that provides summary graphs and charts that roll up data from PHH InterActive’s massive data warehouse.
