Update on Minnesota government shutdown

Despite the ongoing state government shutdown in Minnesota, PHH is able to renew registrations and obtain plates and registrations for new vehicles. However, corrections cannot be processed and no titles will be printed or mailed until the shutdown ends.
PHH will provide updated information as it becomes available.
