Michigan tests flashing yellow arrow traffic signals

Michigan is testing traffic signals that include flashing yellow left-turn arrows. The change is the result of a national study conducted by the Federal Highway Administration, which demonstrated that the new signals help prevent crashes and are more effective at moving traffic through an intersection.
