Change to MVR requirements in Washington and New Hampshire

The states of Washington and New Hampshire are now considered electronic states for Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs). In the past, these states required all drivers to fill out state-specific forms every time an MVR was needed, and send the forms to PHH so we could request their MVRs from the states.

Effective Monday, November 15, Washington and New Hampshire  have gone “evergreen,” meaning that they still require the driver to fill out an initial state-specific form for an MVR request, but for all subsequent requests, the initial signature will be good for the duration of his/her employment.

With the addition of Washington and New Hampshire, 49 U.S. states and Ontario are now “evergreen.”
