PHH response to snow emergency

As expected, the snow emergency that hit the mid-Atlantic region has dumped 20 or more inches of snow in the area surrounding PHH’s headquarters in
Our Call Centers have been up 100% of the time; we are completely operational; our Account Management teams and all other business critical personnel have been fully staffed throughout the day; and we are confident we have successfully maintained all service levels despite the weather challenges.
We have had some local issues with phone traffic, due to conditions related to the storm. If you have had any trouble reaching your Account Consultant by phone, email is a good alternative, as those systems are operational.
