PHH ready for possible snow emergency

Recommended by 3 People Thumbs Up

The U.S. Weather Service is calling for a second major snowstorm in the Baltimore area, where PHH Arval is headquartered. The prediction is for up to 20” in snow, starting tonight and all day tomorrow. This follows a weekend snow event that produced over 25” in many areas surrounding PHH.

Regarding the impending severe weather conditions, PHH’s Business Continuity team has been meeting to assess the situation and ensure that we continue to meet your service delivery needs. If the weather necessitates activation of our snow emergency plan:

  • 100% of PHH call centers will be open for business. However, please bear with us if there are some minor delays, as the PHH call agents will be telecommuting.
  • You can reach your Account Consultant through normal email and telephone access, but it’s likely that your contact will be working from home. As always, if you can’t reach your designated Account Consultant, press “0” to reach the back-up team member.
  • In other business areas, we have identified all critical personnel who will be telecommuting to meet your service needs.
  • PHH’s Business Continuity team has already pre-scheduled meetings during the course of the day tomorrow to assess the situation and deal with changing conditions.

Thank you for your patience during what may be an unprecedented, record-breaking snow emergency in the mid-Atlantic region. We will continue to keep you informed as the situation progresses.
