PHH ready for possible snow emergency

Regarding the impending severe weather conditions, PHH’s Business Continuity team has been meeting to assess the situation and ensure that we continue to meet your service delivery needs. If the weather necessitates activation of our snow emergency plan:
- 100% of PHH call centers will be open for business. However, please bear with us if there are some minor delays, as the PHH call agents will be telecommuting.
- You can reach your Account Consultant through normal email and telephone access, but it’s likely that your contact will be working from home. As always, if you can’t reach your designated Account Consultant, press “0” to reach the back-up team member.
- In other business areas, we have identified all critical personnel who will be telecommuting to meet your service needs.
- PHH’s Business Continuity team has already pre-scheduled meetings during the course of the day tomorrow to assess the situation and deal with changing conditions.
