PHH is prepared for Hurricane Sandy

Recommended by 4 People Thumbs Up

Hurricane Sandy continues to move toward the Northeast and is expected to bring extreme weather conditions over the next few days. Weather forecasters are predicting rapidly deteriorating conditions for Monday and possibly Tuesday. Due to this unprecedented storm, the PHH management team has decided to close our Sparks, Maryland office on Monday, October 29.

PHH has invoked its business continuity plan, and we are able to continue servicing clients and drivers. Please be assured that PHH has successfully managed inclement weather situations in the past, and our business continuity plan has proven to work effectively in these situations.

Our contact center is operational and agents are working remotely. Additionally, we have contact centers in Florida and Canada that are supporting the volumes and can serve as a back-up if widespread power outages occur in the Maryland area. We have contacted key suppliers to understand their continuity plans and to ensure they are able to support our customers.

We are monitoring the storm closely and will continue to provide updates as the situation develops. We appreciate your understanding during this time and hope you and your employees are staying safe.

If you have any questions, please contact your PHH Account Team.

Thank you.
