Token trailer registrations in Texas

The state of Texas has made changes to the Registration and Title System (RTS). Token trailers registered through RTS will now receive a license plate requiring no decal sticker.
This change means that when token trailer license plates are renewed, the state of Texas will not issue stickers. Instead, registration is the only proof needed to show the trailer’s plates are current.
