Additional information on Minnesota government shutdown

This update provides additional information on the effect of the ongoing state government shutdown in Minnesota:
Title and Registration:
- PHH is able to renew registrations and obtain plates and registrations for new vehicles, however, corrections cannot be processed
- No titles will be printed or mailed until the shutdown ends
Motor Vehicle Records:
- PHH is currently unable to obtain motor vehicle records for our clients’ drivers
PHH will provide updated information as it becomes available.
