PHH enhances reporting capabilities for PHH InterActive Canada

PHH has enhanced PHH InterActive Canada® to include an expanded report providing more details about the current status and delivery of Purchase Orders for new vehicles.
The report, Purchase Order Current Status and Delivery Report (capo01), provides an informative snapshot of a client’s fleet vehicles. Clients can access a current view of the order as well as a complete history.
The report is rich with information, providing details about order information, order status, manufacturer event status, driver information and more.
Clients can drill down into status and event history to see all points along the ordering process from start to finish, including order submission to PHH, order transmitted to manufacturer, order accepted, order sent to plant, estimated scheduled build time, vehicle in production, vehicle built, vehicle released from plant, vehicle shipped, arrived at ramp, vehicle delivered to dealer, processing for payment and more.
Clients can take advantage of this enhanced capability in PHH InterActive Canada by accessing the Report Catalogue, selecting Ordering and Delivery (report capo01) and following these steps to reschedule the report.
Note to clients: Please be advised that you will need to reschedule this report even if it is already scheduled to run on a regular interval. Our implementation of these enhancements will disable any existing schedules that you have set up to run this report.
