New charge for returning license plates in Maryland

Due to additional online reporting requirements in Maryland, clients will now see a charge on their invoice when PHH returns license plates in that state.
The charge is $2.50 for each license plate, and the charge will be coded on PHH’s invoice as “license plate return.”
