Ford announces field service action on 2010 Fusion/Milan hybrids

Ford has announced a Customer Satisfaction Program on 2010 Model Fusion / Milan Hybrid vehicles that were built at Hermosillo Assembly Plant from Job
This is a field service action and not a safety recall.
Drivers may experience a different brake feeling when transitioning from regenerative breaking to hydraulic braking, and the brake warning light will illuminate. Brakes will continue to operate as pressure is applied to the pedal.
In the event that one of your drivers experiences this condition, please have them visit their local dealership and have the dealer re-program the PCM and ABS Module, which takes about 15 minutes.
