Ford issues Q&A about Fusion/Milan wheel studs recall

Ford Motor Company has issued an overview and Q&A sheet to answer questions about the recent recall of 129,000 MY 2010-2011 Ford Fusion and Mercury Milan vehicles equipped with 17-inch steel wheels. Click here to read Ford’s communication.
At this time, Ford has advised that no problems or accidents relating to this recall have been reported.
Ford plans to send out recall notices beginning in January 2012. If you have impacted vehicles, your drivers will receive notices directly from Ford. In the meantime, if you or your drivers have any immediate concerns, please take your vehicle to the closest Ford/Mercury dealer for inspection.
