GM provides update on floor mat production delay

GM has announced that certain MY 2012 Buick Enclave; Cadillac CTS; Chevrolet Cruze, Equinox, Impala, Traverse, Volt; GMC Acadia and Terrain vehicles registered in the United States have been delivered to dealers without ordered, carpeted floor mats. According to GM, the supplier who makes the floor mats has been affected by flooding on the East Coast and was temporarily unable to produce the floor mats.
PHH was provided a list of affected units. We are contacting the delivering dealer for each unit to make them aware of the shortage and to have the dealer order mats for the vehicles. There will be no additional cost to the clients.
New Vehicle Acquisition Consultants are contacting clients that had impacted units. The volume was relatively low.
