Chrysler updates Dodge build-out and start-up dates

DaimlerChrysler has issued its latest fleet build-out and start-up dates.
Please note the following:
- The Caliber order cutoff has been announced; this model has a short production cycle
- The Dakota and Nitro will not be produced for 2012
- The start-up date for Ram trucks has been revised
