Be prepared for summer temperatures

You know your car needs special service in the winter, but do you know how to care for your car in the summer? Pass the following checklist along to your drivers to make sure their vehicles – whether personal or fleet – are in optimum condition for hot weather driving:
- Make sure your oil and filter service checks are current
- Check and fill all fluids
- Check the cooling system (belts, hoses, fans, coolant condition, etc.)
- Make sure your air conditioning works
- Check the tires (air pressure, tread, etc.)
- Check the brake operation
- Check lights and the condition of lenses
- Check battery and battery cable ends
- Check the charging system
- Check the condition and operation of the wiper blades
- Check the steering and suspension
