Part-Time benefits

We make the same commitment to our part-time employees that we make to our full-time employees. PHH offers part-time benefits to include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave and tuition assistance for employees working between 20-29 hours per week.

The Savings Plan offers pre-tax savings, a generous matching contribution after one year of service, immediate vesting and a diverse array of investments from which to choose.

Wellness programs

In addition to our on-site fitness center, PHH offers a number of wellness activities including an employee assistance program, walking club, tobacco cessation and health management programs, and weight management classes and discounts. We host an annual health fair, frequent lunch-and-learn seminars on a variety of health topics, and weight loss and fitness challenges. In addition, employees enrolled in the company-sponsored medical plan have all their preventive care covered at 100%.
