George J. Kilroy
President and CEO
PHH Arval

George J. Kilroy was promoted in March 2001 to President and CEO of PHH Arval, one of the largest providers of commercial-fleet management and leasing services in North America with over $4 billion of leased assets and over 500,000 vehicles under management. With a career spanning over 35 years in the automotive fleet industry, Mr. Kilroy has extensive hands-on experience in all critical facets of fleet management, including sales, client relations, marketing and equipment leasing. Mr. Kilroy joined PHH in 1976 as an Account Executive in the Truck and Equipment Division and was promoted to increasingly responsible management positions, including head of Diversified Services and Financial Services and SVP, New Business Development and Marketing. Mr. Kilroy’s career also includes experience as a Regional Manager for Ryder Truck Rental. In 2007, he served as Chairman of the American Automotive Leasing Association (AALA), a Washington D.C.-based organization that ensures that the interests of the fleet-leasing industry are properly represented before government sectors. Before that, he served as AALA’s President for three years.

Thomas W. Keilty
Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President, Customer & Vehicle Services

As Chief Operating Officer, Tom Keilty is responsible for operations in the United States and Canada. He joined PHH in 1995 as Manager, Title Services, and his leadership responsibilities grew steadily to include Shift Operations, Fleet Administration, Mailroom Operations, New Vehicle Ordering, and Used Vehicle Operations. He was Vice President in the Customer & Vehicle Services organization prior to his promotion to Senior Vice President. In 2009, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Before joining PHH, he gained more than 12 years of customer service and operations management experience at various organizations, including American Express.

Gary Anderson
Senior Vice President, Business Development

Gary Anderson is responsible for new client sales and client relations for PHH's largest clients in the U.S. Prior to this position, Mr. Anderson was responsible for all sales strategies and initiatives for PHH’s U.S.-based operations. He joined PHH in 1986 and has held a wide variety of financial, sales support, and direct sales-related positions. Prior to PHH, Anderson worked at Commercial Credit Corporation (now part of CitiCorp) in the finance department.

Michele Cunningham
Vice President, Strategic Development

Michele Cunningham is responsible for developing and implementing PHH Arval’s “go-to-market” strategy. She has over 20 years of business-to-business marketing and strategic planning experience in such companies as Random House, AT&T Capital Corp., and Williams Scotsman. She also gained expertise in technology-based analytics and software during her years with Neuristics, a data mining and analytics company, and THINQ, an enterprise software company. She received her BA in psychology from the University of Virginia and has earned professional certificates from Arizona State University’s School of Business and from Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Stephen A. DiBiagio
Senior Vice President, Strategic Alliances

Mr. DiBiagio is responsible for enhancing and developing our relationships with alliance partners to provide continued benefit to PHH clients. Prior to this position, Mr. DiBiagio was head of Business Development for PHH's U.S. operations. Mr. DiBiagio joined PHH in 1984 and has contributed to PHH's business success from a wide range of positions, including Vehicle Operations, Title Administration, and Business Development. In 1998, he was promoted to Regional Vice President in charge of the company's eastern region. Before joining PHH, he was a high school teacher and lacrosse coach.

Rita L. Ennis
Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Ennis is responsible for all strategic human resource activities in support of PHH's business goals. Since joining PHH in 1986, she has held numerous leadership positions within both PHH and the former PHH Corporate Resources group. She was named an HRO Today Magazine “HRO Superstar” of 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 for her expertise in HR outsourcing, and is a frequent speaker on a range of human resources and business topics. Prior to PHH, Ms. Ennis was Deputy Director of Personnel Management with the Jefferson County Government in Louisville, Kentucky.

James R. Halliday
Senior Vice President and President,
PHH Canada

Mr. Halliday, Senior Vice President and President, PHH Canada, has been part of PHH Canada’s leadership team since 2003. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario and a masters in business administration from the University’s Richard Ivey School of Business. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Leadership Development Program. Before joining PHH, Halliday held sales and management positions with Fundata Canada and the Hollinger Mutual Fund Group. As senior vice president and President of PHH Canada, he is responsible for sales and client retention.

Hearn

Kim Hearn
Vice President, Vehicle Services

Ms. Hearn is responsible for PHH Arval's Vehicle Services division, which includes North American New Vehicle Acquisition, the Technical Consulting Center and Title & Licensing. Before her move to an operational leadership role in 2011, she was CIO responsible for PHH Arval's information technology division. Prior to that, her responsibilities included PHH’s technical architecture and strategy, including desktop support, network infrastructure, serve platforms, telecommunications, systems operations, contract negotiations, security and compliance, and disaster recovery. Ms. Hearn joined PHH in 1988 from Citicorp. She is a graduate of Towson University with a BS in business administration.

Bradley J. Howatt
Vice President and Controller

Mr. Howatt is Vice President and Controller for PHH Arval, as well as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and co-leader of Finance. He is responsible for all accounting teams in the Fleet Management Segment, Enterprise Risk Management, Credit, and Sales and Use Tax departments. He joined PHH in 1994 as a Senior Financial Analyst. He was later promoted to Manager of Vehicle Processing, Director of Billing Operations and Analysis, and in 1998, Vice President of Financial Operations. Prior to PHH, Mr. Howatt held various operational, accounting, and finance positions with a national fire and security provider and an integrated stainless steel manufacturer.

Rob McFeaters

Rob McFeaters
Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Rob McFeaters is Chief Information Officer for PHH Arval, with responsibility for the overall IT Relationship Management and Business Technology Strategy for PHH Arval and the Enterprise Technology Infrastructure & Operations shared services team serving all of PHH Corporation. Rob joined PHH Arval in 1998 and has held positions of increasing responsibility, serving in senior IT leadership roles during the last several years. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Towson University and an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Baltimore. In 2009, he was selected to represent PHH Arval in the Leadership Baltimore County program. Rob holds technical certifications from many leading technology vendors.

Jeff Smith
Senior Vice President, Cornerstone and International Development

Jeff Smith is responsible for new business development for large fleets, as well as PHH’s international business through the PHH Arval Global Alliance. Mr. Smith joined PHH in 1982 as regional sales manager and served in increasingly higher leadership roles. He was promoted in 2000 to Senior Vice President, New Business Development, and was later responsible for sales in PHH’s truck division. In 2008 he was charged with key networking with PHH’s largest clients and prospects, as well as working with PHH Mortgage and PHH’s global strategic fleet management partners to identify both North American and global business opportunities. Most recently, Mr. Smith directed marketing and communications for PHH Arval in North America, in addition to his role in global fleet sales. Before joining PHH, he worked in the banking industry. He is a graduate of The American University with degrees in Finance and Personnel Management.

Rob Stowers

Rob Stowers
Senior Vice President, PHH FirstFleet

Rob Stowers is responsible for the management of PHH FirstFleet, the truck and equipment leasing division of PHH Arval. Prior to joining PHH Arval in 2011, Mr. Stowers was Managing Director of Altec Capital’s equipment financing business. Before that, he was with NationsBanc Leasing Corporation as Senior Vice President, responsible for the Utility and Large Fleet Leasing organization, a $6 billion asset based leasing company. He holds a pre-law, political science degree from Auburn University and an MBA from the University of Georgia System-Columbus State University.

Tony Vinciguerra
Vice President & General Manager, Center for Transportation Safety

Tony Vinciguerra is responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the Center for Transportation Safety (CTS), a PHH Arval company that provides extensive driver safety training to help fleets reduce risk and enhance safety in both the U.S. and Canada. He began his career at PHH in 1992 and held increasingly responsible positions in Information Technology, Business Development, New Venture Development and Product Management. In 2008, he was named Vice President of Innovation and Product Management, responsible for identifying new technologies and products to enhance revenue for PHH Arval. Prior to joining PHH Arval, Mr. Vinciguerra worked as a Management Consultant with Coopers & Lybrand, and computer programmer/project leader with Westinghouse Corporation.

Walinski

Pamela A. Walinski
Vice President, Customer Services

Ms. Walinski is responsible for PHH Arval’s Customer Services division in both the US and Canada. This division includes PHH’s North American Contact Centers, Vehicle Maintenance Assistance, Billing & Payment Services, Vehicle Accident Services, Risk & Safety operations and the US Account Management organization. Ms. Walinski joined PHH Arval in 1981 in Finance and held increasingly responsible finance positions through 2004, when she was promoted to Vice President of the Vehicle Accident Services organization. She was promoted to her current position in 2009. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate business degrees from the College of Notre Dame in Baltimore.

Joseph W. Weikel
Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Mr. Weikel is responsible for directing the legal and regulatory affairs of the company, including litigation, legislation, industry relations, major client and supplier contracts, strategic alliances, and securitizations. Mr. Weikel joined PHH in 1994 as staff attorney and has also served as Assistant Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Before joining PHH, Mr. Weikel served as Corporate Associate at the firms of Miles & Stockbridge and Piper & Marbury. He was recently elected Secretary for the American Automotive Leasing Association (AALA), a leading national trade association representing the commercial fleet leasing industry.

David J. Zuidema
Senior Vice President, Customer Experience

Mr. Zuidema is responsible for business transformation, product management and innovation at PHH Arval. Prior to his promotion to this new position in November 2009, Mr. Zuidema was responsible for PHH’s Information Technology Services division. Mr. Zuidema joined PHH in 1981 after working in strategic planning at Arthur Andersen Consulting. His career at PHH has encompassed a variety of key leadership roles, from information services to marketing, product management, business process reengineering, business development, and operations. He was promoted to Vice President in 1999 and Senior Vice President in 2006. He is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, with an M.B.A. from Duke University.
