James R. Halliday
President, PHH Arval
Jim Halliday is President of PHH Arval, and is responsible for leading the fleet management subsidiary of PHH Corporation. Mr. Halliday has served in a series of leadership roles during his 10 years with PHH Arval, including Senior Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer for North American operations and, prior to that, President of PHH Canada. Earlier in his career, he held operations and management positions with Fundata Canada, Hollinger Mutual Fund Group and Vincent Associates. Mr. Halliday earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario as well as an MBA from the University's Richard Ivey School of Business. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School's Leadership Development Program and Darden Business School's Management Development Program.
Thomas W. Keilty
Senior Vice President, Customer and Vehicle Services and Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Tom Keilty is responsible for operations in the United States and Canada. He joined PHH in 1995 as Manager, Title Services, and his leadership responsibilities grew steadily to include Shift Operations, Fleet Administration, Mailroom Operations, New Vehicle Ordering, and Used Vehicle Operations. He was Vice President in the Customer and Vehicle Services organization prior to his promotion to Senior Vice President. In 2009, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Before joining PHH, he gained more than 12 years of customer service and operations management experience at various organizations, including American Express.
Gary M. Anderson
Senior Vice President, Business Development
Gary Anderson is responsible for new client sales and client relations for PHH's largest clients in the U.S. Prior to this position, Mr. Anderson was responsible for all sales strategies and initiatives for PHH’s U.S.-based operations. He joined PHH in 1986 and has held a wide variety of financial, sales support, and direct sales-related positions. Prior to PHH,
Theodore E. Carter, Jr
Senior Vice President, Risk Management
Ted Carter is responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise risk management framework to identify and mitigate credit and operational risk to ensure products and services are effectively delivered to our customers. Prior to this role, Mr. Carter was Vice President of Operational Risk Oversight for PHH Corporation. He has extensive experience in risk management and has served as Vice President, Operational Risk for Fannie Mae and Vice President, Risk Management for PNC Global Fund Services. Mr. Carter has a Bachelor of Science degree in communication from Howard University and a Master of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon School of Public Policy and Management.
William F. Cieslak
Vice President, North American Remarketing
Bill Cieslak is responsible for PHH Arval's remarketing operations of cars, light and heavy trucks, as well as managing PHH's network of new vehicle dealers. Mr. Cieslak joined PHH Arval in 1986 when PHH acquired Avis Leasing Corp., and has been a driving force behind the consistent excellence of the company’s remarketing results. He helped grow the network of retail dealers and key wholesale suppliers, including the implementation of PHH’s innovative retail consignment network in 1996, a retail network that consistently outperforms other channels and is still the only such network in the fleet industry. He was also instrumental in developing PHH eValueBuy®, the company’s internet-based sales channel. Mr. Cieslak is a recognized industry expert and frequent speaker on marketing of used vehicles, residual forecasting / realization and supplier management.
Vice President, Strategic Development
Michele Cunningham is responsible for developing and implementing PHH Arval’s “go-to-market” strategy. She has over 20 years of business-to-business marketing and strategic planning experience in such companies as Random House, AT&T Capital Corp., and Williams Scotsman. She also gained expertise in technology-based analytics and software during her years with Neuristics, a data mining and analytics company, and THINQ, an enterprise software company. She received her BA in psychology from the University of Virginia and has earned professional certificates from Arizona State University’s School of Business and from Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
Stephen A. DiBiagio
Senior Vice President, Strategic Alliances
Steve DiBiagio is responsible for enhancing and developing our relationships with alliance partners to provide continued benefit to PHH clients. Prior to this position, Mr. DiBiagio was head of Business Development for PHH's
Rita L. Ennis
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Rita Ennis is responsible for all strategic human resource activities in support of PHH's business goals. Since joining PHH in 1986, she has held numerous leadership positions within both PHH and the former PHH Corporate Resources group. She was named an HRO Today Magazine “HRO Superstar” of 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 for her expertise in HR outsourcing, and is a frequent speaker on a range of human resources and business topics. Prior to PHH, Ms. Ennis was Deputy Director of Personnel Management with the Jefferson County Government in Louisville, Kentucky. She earned her undergraduate degree from Hollins University and MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
Senior Vice President and General Manager, PHH Canada
Patricia Furgiuele is responsible for overall management of PHH Arval in Canada. She joined PHH in 2011 as the Canadian finance leader and later was promoted to Vice President of Business Development for Central and Eastern Canada. During her career, Ms. Furgiuele has held executive leadership roles at Bell Canada, OMERS and Assurent while gaining experience in the fleet, technology and property investment industries. She graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario with a Bachelor of Business Administration and is a Certified Management Accountant.
Vice President, Vehicle Services
Kim Hearn is responsible for PHH Arval's Vehicle Services division, which includes North American New Vehicle Acquisition, the Technical Consulting Center and Title & Licensing. Before her move to an operational leadership role in 2011, she was CIO responsible for PHH Arval's information technology division. Prior to that, her responsibilities included PHH’s technical architecture and strategy, including desktop support, network infrastructure, serve platforms, telecommunications, systems operations, contract negotiations, security and compliance, and disaster recovery. Ms. Hearn joined PHH in 1988 from Citicorp. She is a graduate of Towson University with a BS in business administration.
Michael J. Quimby
Senior Vice President, U.S. Sales
Mike Quimby is responsible for the sales organizations of both PHH Arval and PHH FirstFleet in the United States. He joined PHH FirstFleet in 2012 as Vice President of Sales, where he led a team that focused on increasing syndicated lease volume from new and existing clients. Over the course of his career in transportation management services, logistics and finance, he gained leadership experience at Ryder System, GE Commercial Finance and GE Fleet Services. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Keene State College in New Hampshire and a Certificate in Finance from Harvard University.
Senior Vice President, PHH Truck and Equipment Leasing
Rob Stowers is responsible for the management of PHH FirstFleet and PHH Financial Services, the truck and equipment leasing divisions of PHH Arval. Prior to joining PHH Arval in 2011, Mr. Stowers was Managing Director of Altec Capital, Altec Industries' equipment financing business. Before that, he was with NationsBanc Leasing Corporation, a $6 billion asset based leasing company, as Senior Vice President, responsible for the Utility and Large Fleet Leasing organization. After college, he spent four years in the US Army and separated as a Captain in the Adjutant General Corp. He holds a pre-law, political science degree from Auburn University and an MBA from the University of Georgia System-Columbus State University.
Vice President and General Manager, Center for Transportation Safety
Tony Vinciguerra is responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the Center for Transportation Safety (CTS), a PHH Arval company that provides extensive driver safety training to help fleets reduce risk and enhance safety in both the U.S. and Canada. He began his career at PHH in 1992 and held increasingly responsible positions in Information Technology, Business Development, New Venture Development and Product Management. In 2008, he was named Vice President of Innovation and Product Management, responsible for identifying new technologies and products to enhance revenue for PHH Arval. Prior to joining PHH Arval, Mr. Vinciguerra worked as a Management Consultant with Coopers & Lybrand, and computer programmer/project leader with Westinghouse Corporation.
Pamela A. Walinski
Vice President, Customer Services
Pam Walinski is responsible for PHH Arval’s Customer Services division in both the US and Canada. This division includes PHH’s North American Contact Centers, Vehicle Maintenance Assistance, Vehicle Accident Services, Risk & Safety operations and the US Account Management organization. Ms. Walinski joined PHH Arval in 1981 in Finance and held increasingly responsible finance positions through 2004, when she was promoted to Vice President of the Vehicle Accident Services organization. She was promoted to her current position in 2009. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate business degrees from the College of Notre Dame in Baltimore.
Joseph W. Weikel
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Joe Weikel is responsible for directing the legal and regulatory affairs of the company, including litigation, legislation, industry relations, major client and supplier contracts, strategic alliances, and contract administration. Mr. Weikel joined PHH in 1994 as staff attorney and has also served as Assistant Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Before joining PHH, Mr. Weikel served as Corporate Associate at the firms of Miles & Stockbridge and Piper & Marbury. He is currently a director and has served as Secretary of the American Automotive Leasing Association (AALA), a leading national trade association representing the commercial fleet leasing industry. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law.
Vice President and Interim Senior Financial Officer
As Vice President and interim Senior Financial Officer, John Yeldezian is responsible for finance teams in the Fleet Management Services Segment, including Financial Planning and Analysis, Strategic Pricing, Syndications, Financial Operations, Accounts Receivable, Personal Property Tax and Facilities, as well as the Canadian Finance function. Mr. Yeldezian joined PHH in 1988 and held a variety of increasingly responsible positions within the Finance area. He was promoted to vice president in 1997 and joined the company’s Senior Leadership Team in 2009. Prior to PHH, Yeldezian worked at Mercantile Bank in finance.
David J. Zuidema
Senior Vice President AND CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
Dave Zuidema is Chief Information Officer, with responsibility for the overall IT delivery and technology strategy for PHH Arval. In addition, Mr. Zuidema leads the Customer Experience organization, the Business Intelligence Center and the Fleet Project Management Office. Mr. Zuidema joined PHH in 1981 after working in strategic planning at Arthur Andersen Consulting. His career at PHH has encompassed a variety of key leadership positions – from marketing, business development and operations. He was promoted to Vice President in 1999 and Senior Vice President in 2006. He is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, with an M.B.A. from Duke University.
