PHH Arval's Sparks facility received the Baltimore Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Outstanding Building of the Year award for excellence in operating a building, including budget and fiscal responsibility, staff structure, energy management and sustainability, life safety, environmental initiatives, exceptional service to the tenants and community involvement. The PHH Arval building received 98.5 points, the highest rating awarded to a building from the Baltimore area.
Vehicle Accident Services Driver Assistance Team Receives The Fraser Group’s First "Exceptional" Distinction – 2012
PHH Arval's Vehicle Accident Services Driver Assistance Team has been named the first-ever recipient of The Fraser Group's "Exceptional Customer Support Performance Award." This award is designed to recognize call centers that have achieved 95 percent or greater against 36 criteria for four consecutive quarters in a row.
PHH Arval Named to InformationWeek 500 Top Business and Technology Leaders – 2012
PHH Arval was named to InformationWeek 500 top business and technology leaders for its innovative Rally to ResultsSM (R2R) Dashboard. The R2R Dashboard is specifically designed to improve customer satisfaction by allowing managers to quickly organize and prioritize customer transactions, which can be up to 50,000 per day.
PHH Arval Wins Customer Experience Innovation Award from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) – 2012
PHH Arval won the 2012 Customer Experience Innovation Award for its efforts on enhancing the customer experience. The award focused on PHH Arval’s use of a “Journey Map” to understand why and when customer interactions occur and identify areas where interactions with customers can be improved.
PHH Arval Honored with Two Supplier Awards from Diebold, Inc. – 2012
For the second consecutive year, PHH Arval received the Most Innovative Supplier of the Year award, given exclusively to PHH Arval, and the Gold Supplier Certification award, which recognizes a company’s dedication and persistence in achieving quality service improvement.
Driver Response Team Wins Outstanding Customer Support Award from the Fraser Group – 2012
PHH Arval’s Driver Response Team was presented with its third outstanding customer support award from the Fraser Group, LLC, a management consulting firm that helps organizations improve performance. The Driver Response Team has won this award in 2009, 2010 and 2012.
ASE Blue Seal of Excellence for 13th Consecutive Year – 2012
PHH Arval’s Vehicle Maintenance Assistance department, where technicians help clients and drivers manage every aspect of their vehicles’ maintenance and repair, was awarded ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Blue Seal Certification for the 13th consecutive year.
