To inform your drivers of scheduled vehicle maintenance needs, PHH offers the Preventive Maintenance program. Under this program, your drivers receive advance notifications via email about vehicle maintenance needs. If a second notice does not illicit a driver response, you receive a delinquency notice. A companion to PHH's VMA and PHH FleetGard programs, the Preventive Maintenance program improves driver communications and enforces preventive maintenance schedules. And, for truck fleets, which have legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to vehicle maintenance, PHH's new service enables precise scheduling and reporting.
