Similar to our Maintenance Cost Capture program, PHH's Fuel Cost Capture program (U.S. only) enables you to use PHH Service Cards and a PHH Service Card-compliant card reader installed on your on-site pumps to authorize and capture the same details as with retail transactions.

On-site fuel transactions are transmitted daily from your card reader to PHH InterActive®, PHH's award-winning, internet-based information management system, where they are integrated with your retail fuel transactions. This integrated data feed enables you to view details and run consolidated reports for total fuel cost management - something no other fleet company can provide.

With the PHH Fuel Cost Capture program, your on-site fuel operations will also benefit from the same advanced security controls and administrative convenience as our retail program. To protect against fraudulent use, you can:

  • Set PINs and daily transaction limits
  • Issue, update, and cancel cards as necessary via PHH InterActive
