| | President and Chief Executive Officer PHH
Mr. Kilroy is responsible for the management of the company. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for PHH Corporation, PHH’s parent company. Mr. Kilroy was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer of PHH in March 2001. In his previous position as Senior Vice President, Business Development, he was responsible for new client sales, client relations, and marketing for PHH's U.S. operations. Mr. Kilroy joined PHH in 1976 as an Account Executive in the Truck and Equipment Division and was promoted to increasingly responsible management positions, including head of Diversified Services and Financial Services. Prior to joining PHH, he was a Regional Manager for Ryder Truck Rental. He currently serves as Chairman of the American Automotive Leasing Association (AALA), a Washington D.C.-based organization that ensures that the interests of the fleet-leasing industry are properly represented before government sectors. | | Senior Vice President, Sales
Mr. Anderson is responsible for all sales strategies and initiatives for PHH’s U.S.-based operations. He joined PHH in 1986 and has held a wide variety of financial, sales support, and direct sales-related positions. Prior to PHH, Anderson worked at Commercial Credit Corporation (now part of CitiCorp) in the finance department. Return to top | | | | 
| | Senior Vice President, Business Development Mr. DiBiagio is responsible for new client sales and client relations for PHH's U.S. operations. Mr. DiBiagio joined PHH in 1984 and has contributed to PHH's business success from a wide range of positions, including Vehicle Operations, Title Administration, and Business Development. In 1998, he was promoted to Regional Vice President in charge of the company's eastern region. Before joining PHH, he was a high school teacher and lacrosse coach. Return to top | | | | 
| | Senior Vice President, Human Resources Ms. Ennis is responsible for all strategic human resource activities in support of PHH's business goals. Since joining PHH in 1986, she has held numerous leadership positions within both PHH and the former PHH Corporate Resources group. | | Senior Vice President and General Manager, Canadian Operations
Mr. Halliday, Senior Vice President and General Manager in Canada, has been part of PHH Canada’s leadership team since 2003. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario and a masters in business administration from the University’s Richard Ivey School of Business. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Leadership Development Program. Before joining PHH, Halliday held sales and management positions with Fundata Canada and the Hollinger Mutual Fund Group. As senior vice president and general manager of PHH in Canada, he is responsible for sales and client retention. | | | |  | | Senior Vice President, Finance
Mr. Keenan is responsible for PHH’s Finance division. He joined PHH in 2006 with 24 years of finance and accounting experience, including financial analysis and management, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, budget preparation and administration, and all areas of accounting and finance. Mr. Keenan is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Pennsylvania and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Widener University and an M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University. | | Senior Vice President, Customer & Vehicle Services Mr. Keilty is responsible for PHH's operations division. He joined PHH in 1995 as Manager, Title Services, and his leadership responsibilities grew steadily to include Shift Operations, Fleet Administration, Mailroom Operations, New Vehicle Ordering, and Used Vehicle Operations. He was Vice President in the Customer & Vehicle Services organization prior to his promotion to Senior Vice President. | | Senior Vice President, Truck Strategy Mr. Lewis is Senior Vice President at PHH responsible for heading up a comprehensive, integrated North American PHH truck strategy. He joined First Fleet Corporation in 2001, and served as Executive Vice President, Lease Funding Group before the company got acquired by PHH in 2004. Mr. Lewis was promoted to President and General Manager of PHH First Fleet in 2006 and continues to maintain the same responsibility for overall truck related operating results under the current Senior Vice President title. Prior to joining First Fleet, he held key management positions at Paccar Financial Corporation and the CIT Group.

| | Senior Vice President, Strategic Relationships
Mr. Smith is responsible for key networking with PHH's largest clients and prospects. He also works with PHH Mortgage and PHH’s strategic fleet management partners – Arval in Europe and Facileasing in Mexico – to identify North American business opportunities. Jeff joined PHH in 1982 as regional sales manager and served in increasingly higher leadership roles. He was promoted in 2000 to Senior Vice President, New Business Development, and later was responsible for sales in PHH’s truck division. Before joining PHH, he worked in the banking industry. He is a graduate of The American University with degrees in Finance and Personnel Management. | | | | 
| | Senior Vice President and General Counsel Mr. Weikel is responsible for directing the legal and regulatory affairs of the company, including litigation, legislation, industry relations, major client and supplier contracts, strategic alliances, and securitizations. Mr. Weikel joined PHH in 1994 as staff attorney and has also served as Assistant Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Before joining PHH, Mr. Weikel served as Corporate Associate at the firms of Miles & Stockbridge and Piper & Marbury. He was recently elected Secretary for the American Automotive Leasing Association (AALA), a leading national trade association representing the commercial fleet leasing industry. | | Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Mr. Zuidema is responsible for PHH’s Information Technology Services division. Mr. Zuidema joined PHH in 1981 after working in strategic planning at Arthur Andersen Consulting. His career at PHH has encompassed a variety of key leadership roles, from information services to marketing, product management, business process reengineering, business development, and operations. He was promoted to Vice President in 1999 and Senior Vice President in 2006. He is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, with an M.B.A. from Duke University. Return to top |
