Take I-83 South.

Exit at Belfast Road (exit 24)

Turn left onto Belfast Road.

Turn right at the first stop sign onto York Road (MD45 south).

At the first traffic light, turn right from York Road onto Ridgebrook Road.

Proceed to 940 Ridgebrook Road (right side of road).

The PHH building is about three miles from the Belfast Road exit. Visitor parking is available in front of the building. All visitors must sign in at the reception/security desk.

Take I-95 South to I-695 west.

Proceed to I-83 north (exit 24).

Continue north on I-83 about 10 miles to Belfast Road (exit 24).

Turn right onto Belfast Road.

Turn right at the first stop sign onto York Road (MD45 south).

At the first traffic light, turn right from York Road onto Ridgebrook Road.

Proceed to 940 Ridgebrook Road (right side of road).

Take the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (Route 295)

Proceed to I-83 north (exit 24).

United States - PHH FirstFleet (Fort Lauderdale, Florida)

From Fort Lauderdale International Airport

  • Follow signs to US 1 North.
  • From US 1 North, turn Left on S.E. 17th Street.
  • Turn Right on S.E. 3rd Avenue.
  • Turn Right on East Las Olas Bouleavard.
  • 350 East Las Olas Blvd is at the corner of S.E. 3rd Avenue and East Las Olas Boulevard.

From Miami International Airport

  • Follow signs to SR-112 East/Beaches and I-95 North.
  • Take I-95 North to Davie Boulevard (Exit 26).
  • Go right (East) on Davie Boulevard. 
  • Turn left on S.E. 3rd Avenue.
  • Turn right on East Las Olas Boulevard.
  • 350 East Las Olas Boulevard is at the corner of S.E. 3rd Avenue and East Las Olas Boulevard.

Canada - Mississauga, Ontario location

From Hamilton/Burlington

  • Take QEW east to Toronto.
  • Take the HWY 403 east to Erin Mills Parkway.
  • Go north on Erin Mills Parkway (10 minute drive).
  • Turn left on Turner Valley Road to Argentia Road.
  • Turn left onto Argentia Road.
  • Turn right into parking lot.

From Toronto

  • Take the HWY 401 west to Mississauga exit on Erin Mills. Parkway/Mississauga Road (exit #336).
  • Turn south (left) on Erin Mills Parkway/Mississauga Road.
  • Turn right onto Argentia Road.
  • Turn right into parking lot.

From Oakville

  • Take the HWY 403 east to Mississauga exit on Erin Mills Parkway/Mississauga Road.
  • Go north on Erin Mills Parkway (10 minute drive).
  • Turn left on Turner Valley Road to Argentia Road.
  • Turn left onto Argentia Road.
  • Turn right into parking lot.

From Brampton

  • Take HWY 7 west to Mississauga Road south (cross over the 401)
  • Turn right onto Argentia Road.
  • Turn right into parking lot.

From Milton

  • Take the HWY 401 east to Toronto.
  • Exit south on Erin Mills Parkway/Mississauga Road.
  • Turn right onto Argentia Road.
